Trademark Specialist – Domestic Copyright and Trademarks Department
Mr Hoang Anh Quan is an experienced legal expert with more than 5 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property, especially in the field of trademarks, copyrights and related legal procedures. He graduated from Hanoi Law University, one of the leading prestigious legal training institutions in Vietnam. After completing his undergraduate program, he successfully passed the Lawyer Practice Certificate exam, marking an important step forward in his legal career.
Continuously improving his professional capacity, Mr Hoang Anh Quan continued to study for a 2nd Degree in English at the Diplomatic Academy, helping him enhance his ability to handle files with foreign elements, research legal documents in English and work effectively in an international integration environment.
During more than 5 years of working in the field of intellectual property, Mr. Hoang has participated in and handled a variety of tasks such as: searching and evaluating the possibility of trademark registration, drafting registration documents, responding to official dispatches from the Intellectual Property Office, handling requests for amendments – transfers – renewals, and supporting customers in trademark disputes. His meticulousness, sharp legal thinking and high sense of responsibility help Mr. Hoang to complete complex documents well and bring practical value to customers.
